Myers makes his second straight Opening Day start after a whirlwind 2007 season that ended with him as the team's closer. Myers appears to have made a seamless transition back to the rotation, with a 1.13 ERA in three spring starts.

The Phillies will begin their run for a second consecutive NL East division title when they host the Nationals on Monday afternoon at 3:05 p.m. ET.
